It is servicing 4 tall standard hampers of laundry plus an additional single hamper for towels or sheets. You will get two of our extra large laundry bags and one single bag to fill. This is a service based business so there is no refunds. We will care for your laundry with the upmost care, we cannot guarantee no damage or wear and tear as things can happen by any of our washing machines/dryers that we cannot control. If you need to reschedule we will give you a credit. Once a bag is delivered there is no cancellations or credits given if you choose not to use the service. Subscriptions need 14 day cancellation email given before next billing cycle.
