Add this to your cart with your order and we will give you special pricing on our services when you choose either weekly or bi-weekly service every month. Each Monthly subscription is paid in advance. We will email you a subscription quote and then send you a special invoice to setup. Cancellation 14 days notice before next pay period.

Cancellation Policy

Delivery Charge must be added to the cart or the purchase will stay as a store credit til delivery charge is paid. Only one delivery charge needed per purchase that day. Delivery Charge is on our services to add to cart. If you do not add it when checking out we will call you to get it paid before picking up your order. No Refunds. This is a service based business so no refunds or returns. If you cancel before booking day then you will have service credit of what you purchased. If you cancel same day as booking day then you will be charged $15 and if there is a remaining balance it will be service credit for another time. There is no damage or protection guarantee on the laundry we service. By booking this service you understand that damage or wear and tear may occur. We are not responsible for any damage on laundry or wear and tear. We will handle with care and follow any instructions provided. No warranties of any kind are provided, promised or implied. We are also not responsible for any missing or stolen items that occur. Purchaser understands that laundry is left outside the home if no one is home at the time of pick up and delivery. Items/laundry can be stolen or lost while items are waiting to be picked up or after the are delivered. All laundry must fit nicely in bag provided and not spilling over or out of it. Bags must close properly, you will get a service charge if bags are over filled. We drop off the bags the night before so you can make sure that's what is needed. If you need additional bags then place an order and we will bring up on pick up in the morning.
